AI rarely fails because of the technology. It fails because the task was never described.
For eight years I served as an officer in the German Air Force, most recently leading a 120-person unit. Since 2022 I have been running IT and programme management projects for clients ranging from corporates to start-ups.
Today I build AI agent systems that hold up in messy, real environments, and I teach teams and individuals to do the same. The method is simple and unglamorous: make the work visible, describe it precisely, cut it into roles rather than tools, then hand it over and review.
What I offer: keynotes and impulse sessions (90 minutes), half-day team trainings, multi-month advisory engagements, and two-hour hands-on workshops for individuals.
I work in German and English, remotely worldwide and on site across the German-speaking region. Based in Augsburg, Germany.
